Team Member Programme

Team Member Program means that you work and receive practical experience in one of the functional teams (Communication, Finance, External Relations, Talent Management (HR), Outgoing Exchange, Incoming Exchange) or projects (depends from the city).

You can gain:

  • Practical hard and soft skill development
  • Team work experience
  • Global network

Apart from that you can:

  • participate in national and international conferences and seminars (more than 350 conferences all around the world each ear);
  • receive practical experience (implementation and practice knowledge that you got in the university);
  • increase your network (make friends with hundred students from Switzerland and abroad);
  • develop joyfully!

Application process:

  • You fill out the application form.
  • You will be contacted by AIESEC member within one week and invited to the interview (it is important to get to know each other better, answer all questions of both sides, find the best way of your involvement to AIESEC).
