Team Leader Programme

 

Team Leader Program means that you lead either a functional (Communication, Finance, External Relations, Talent Management (HR), Outgoing Exchange, Incoming Exchange) or project’s team (depends from the city). This means, you create a strategy of work, ensure the realization, support your team members in their development etc.

From this experience you can gain:

  • Personal and professional development
  • Team building and management
  • Development of leadership skills
  • Being a part of development of others

Apart from that you can:

  • Participate in national and international conferences and seminars (more than 350 conferences all around the world each ear);
  • Receive practical experience (implementation and practice knowledge that you got in the university);
  • Increase your network (make friends with hundred students from Switzerland and abroad);
  • Develop joyfully!

Once you participated in the Team Member Programme, you can apply for the Team Leader Programme. You can apply to the Team Member Programme in the following way:

  • You fill out the application form.
  • You will be contacted by AIESEC member within one week and invited to the interview (it is important to get to know each other better, answer all questions of both sides, find the best way of your involvement to AIESEC).
