Partner with AIESEC Career Days

Since the early 1970s, AIESEC in Switzerland has organized Career Days. The aim is to provide opportunities for companies and organizations to directly interact with high potential students and recent graduates on campus to support their growth. Through a careers fair, workshops, company presentations and one to one meetings, companies can strengthen their employer branding towards students and get the unique opportunity to be present at the university campus.

In 2011 Career Days will be organized at the universities of Basel, Bern, Fribourg, Geneva, Lausanne and Zurich. More information about Career Days is available on www.careerdays.ch.

As a part of delivering high quality experience for the companies we have developed a synergetic strategy, which helps our partners and customers to target the students in the most efficient way. Our strategy combines all possible ways of interaction from the broadest ones (Approach) to the very personal and tailored approach (Attract). With the combination of all elements of our product, companies can target and stream an employer branding and recruitment activities to bring top talented students into the organization.
