Apply for an international internship



AIESEC offers you the challenging opportunity to live and work in a foreign country mainly in the field of volunteering but as well as business, education and technology. Our exchange programme is divided in two main categories of internships:

Global Internship Program

It is an opportunity for you to develop entrepreneurial and responsible leadership by living a cross-cultural professional development experience. This programme offers internships that contribute to your professional development and assist to specialise in a certain field of work. They are normally long term in nature and involve working on diverse business projects and organizations.

Characteristics:

  • Mainly students with a university degree
  • For minimum 4months up to 18 months
  • Salary
  • Usually in developed countries

Types:

  • Management: administration, HR, Market Evaluation and Research, International Marketing, Organisation Management and planning
  • Technical: Software development and programming, Web development and management, Database management, System analysis and design

Global Community Development Program

We provide international volunteer experiences through which you can develop yourself while empowering individuals, communities or organizations. International internships are the most intense learning experience we offer and connect our global network. This program encompasses cross-cultural positive impact through working abroad for social and community development projects that lead to self development and skill enhancement for the member undertaking the program.

Characteristics:

  • Interest in social work
  • Cross cultural skills
  • Volunteer work with accommodation & food provided
  • From 6 weeks to 3 months generally
  • Usually in emerging countries

Types:

  • Education: Teach languages to children, help orphanage
  • Development: Environmental projects, women empowerment, campaign against AIDS
