India

Are you ready to utilize your skills, abilities and performance and be a part of change that is working towards India’s greatest opportunity and its biggest challenges: rural development, slum population and HIV/AIDS.

Several projects are aimed to raise the awareness and find a solution to deal with these issues.

During your 6-8 week long internship experience you will have the chance to conduct classes for the underprivileged children in the villages on basic education. Sensitize the urban youth and the rural and slum population on the disease of HIV/AIDS. Participate at one of the largest child rights and education initiative in the AIESEC network working towards the ultimate goal of impacting close to 10,000 underprivileged children in India.

Design your own workshop in the fields of arts, child rights, physical and personal needs of children, cultural habits and present it to Indian youth.  Work during flexible working hours (5-6 hours daily) in a development project with other nations from all around the world.

China

Nowadays while high technology flourishes and a smaller world with bigger surprise is unfolded to youths, there are still a special group of youths in China, who have little access to innovations and are almost cut off from the outside world.

The so-called left-behind youths, who are labelled by their working parents far away from home and tunnel-visioned living circumstances, share common problems like poor confidence, vulnerable esteems, limited imagination, low level of socialization and communication.

That is why several projects had been designed: to bring the marvellous outside world to them, to help open up the youths’ hearts and express themselves fearlessly, to induct them to knowledge and innovation, to bring the change to them and to yourselves.

Design your own workshop in the fields of social knowledge, presentation skills, culture and global issues. Work during flexible working hours (5-6 hours daily) in a development project with other nations from all around the world.

Meanwhile live the best experience of your life!

  • Discover a new country – series of famous or unique cultural sites are waiting for you to explore
  • Learn about the Chinese culture and language
  • Celebrate the Spring Festival – enjoy the biggest day in Chinese families (make dumplings, pasting spring couplets, setting off fireworks and firecrackers with your host family).

Once you are back share what is your Chinese story…
