Mentoring

AIESEC tries to maintain the links between Alumni and Active members.

Do you want to help and guide an active member through an aspect of his AIESEC experience or even in personal matters (studies or career) ?  Then become a mentor**!

Mentoring is guiding AIESECers, mentees will get back to you based on your experience in and outside AIESEC, they are usually seeking someone more experienced in a certain field or position, who can guide them through a decision making process be it a current issue within their functional area or a decision concerning future plans, so if it is something you have been through before then you are definitely the perfect person to talk to!

Your role is not to advise, but rather ask questions to the mentee to help them realize what the best option for them is.

Create your profile in our Mentoring System. Active members looking for a mentor will be then able to contact you and you will be able to become their mentor.
